About This Project

A collaboration between Pleasant View Construction and McAlpine Tankersly.  This home marries the look and charm of a classic farmhouse with modern amenities and energy-efficient designs like geothermal heating, radiant-heat flooring, and rain garden. Its pool area and grounds were designed to incorporate the beauty of nature in practical and pleasing ways.
